Task 1: Is it time to embrace a cashless society?
(网路上找不到那两篇文章，应该是命题委员自撰，反正就是一个赞成、一个反对。)
Task 2: Food waste in Taiwan
Figure 1是sources，homes占4x%， hotels and restaurants 占2x%，grocery
stores 1x%，schools 9%
Figure 2是motivations，百分比依序从高到低是saving money、inconvenience of food waste disposal、
think about hungry people、enviroment、set examples for children
