标题[问题] TD 开户

3. I am a U.S. person (including a resident alien); provided, however, if I
am a nonresident alien as disclosed in this application, I do not certify
that I am a U.S. person and I understand that I must submit a W-8BEN Form .
在填TD Ameritrade 商的表格时遇到的问题,最後列印出来的申请书第二页，在中间的Client agreement, 有三个 box 需要申请人 check. 想请问
1.因为我没有ITIN码(或SSN)所以空白,我要勾选Agree?
2.不知道这是做什麽用的,恳请各位给小弟提示(一般都是勾选？？)
3.我是台湾国籍(有填写W-8BEN表),那我应该勾选Agree or Disagree ??
