然後看到网路上一个说法：
Gabon的Top-level Domain是由Gabon Telecom（加彭电信）在管理
Gabon Telecom在过去官方有释股
由Maroc Telecom取得超过５０％的股权
而Vivendi正是Maroc Telecom的母公司
所以根本是Vivendi从中作梗
