标题[问题] smg新手上传一问

第一次使用smg上传
我照图片一个步骤一个步骤来都还没啥太大问题
但要上传时
我出现了一个讯息
5.7.1[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] The IP you're using to send mail is not authorized to
5.7.1 send mail directly to our server.Please use the SMTP realy at your
5.7.1 server provider instead.
好像是要设定SMTP
但我不知道要去哪设定
我是用gmail邮件上传的
我是参考这个网站去用的
