NLS_LANG 通常是 语言_国.编码 像下面这个
NLS_LANG=american_america.AL32UTF8;
或
NLS_LANG=TRADITIONAL CHINESE_TAIWAN.ZHT16BIG5;

: 在google上找，大多是说是字符集不相符，但不知要如何解!!
