标题[问题] 在freebsd上连接oracle资料库

想请问高手，有没有遇过在freebsd上
以apache+php+oracle7cliecnt无法连结utf8资料库的问题
在同一台机器上，连接同一台远端的oracle server Big5资料库都可以
但以ora_logon连接utf8资料库就是不行，
再连接前有设定putenv(nls_lang=traditional_taiwan_utf8)
但执行phpcode时就会出现
Oracle: Connection Failed: Error while trying to
retrieve text for error ORA-03106
在google上找，大多是说是字符集不相符，但不知要如何解!!
恳请知的解法的高手能帮帮忙!!
