因为有好几种方式可以让 postfix「动起来」。
一种是透过系统内的 sendmail wrapper 跑起来，这时候用
sendmail_enable="YES" 并且将一堆 sendmail-only 的选项关掉。
另外一种是透过 /usr/local/etc/rc.d/postfix 跑起来，这时候用 NONE，
以及 postfix_enable="YES"。

我还有看过在 /etc/rc.local 里放 "postfix start"，不过这种方法...
