标题Intel Pro/1000 MT 网卡抓不到

本来机器网卡坏了，买了一张 Intel PRO/1000 MT 网卡换上去，
kernel 有编进 em 了，但是 boot 的时候都会有错误讯息：

怎麽都无法抓到。上网 google 了一下，按照别人所说，在 /boot/loader.conf 里面
加一行：
hw.pci.allow_unsupported_io_range="1"
重开机後仍然不行，请问该怎麽办呢？
