之前找过资料, 好像因为 rc.conf 其实是很多 scripts 的结合,
(去 trigger 其他的 scripts) .. 所以要 reload rc.conf 的设定,
一定要重开机... -.-! 不过如果要重跑网路设定,
只要跑 /etc/netstart 就好了...
