标 题请问mysql323+php4.2.0的问题

为何连接mysql时，会出现下列问题呢？
Warning: Host 'localhost.adsldns.org' is not allowed to
connect to this MySQL server
是php没灌好，还是mysql的问题，
还有，POST方法也不能用，感谢各位高手的回答。
