基本上 shell 里面有下面就可以 telnet -8 了啊
setenv LC_CTYPE en_US.ISO_8859-1
setenv LANG zh_TW.Big5
setenv MM_CHARSET big5
setenv ENABLE_STARTUP_LOCALE $LC_CTYPE
除非你装了什麽 port 或是改掉了 kernel 或是.....
