需要用到 VPN 吗？既然 192.168.{0,1}.254 已经是 gateway 了
，他就有能力让 192.168.1.0/24 与 192.168.0.0/24 互连，client
端 netmask 和 gateway 设对就可以了，当然那台 gateway 要启动
forwarding，不必额外设定啦。
