标题[文法] il y a eu 和 il y avait

想请问各位在叙述过去事情的时候：
Ex : 今天早上超市有很多人
我该说
Il y avait beaucoup de monde au supermache ce matin.
还是
Il y a eu beaucoup de monde au supermache ce matin.
这两句话单就文法来说有不一样的expression吗？
我有问过native speaker，好像口语常用的是 il y avait.
(不过他觉得这两句好像没啥不同就是了)
il y a eu 用在一些意外状况。
可是我看法文新闻多用il y a eu (难道是我的错觉？)
这个imparfait跟passe compose的问题困扰我很久了...

2F：→ undopast123:定时间点 08/16 13:58
3F：推 chia0712:因为新闻里都是指特定时间点的关系吧!所以才是用 a eu ? 08/31 22:14
