如提 对债券原文不太明白，请教版上达人 2039年8月到期的债券，提前赎回条款原文如下， 请问这样的提前赎回条款是常见的吗? 这样提前赎回会给付"2039年2月"之前的所有利息吗?? 或是有没有哪个查询平台可以查到各债券的提前赎回方式呢 因为怕遇到提前赎回是否会亏，所以想了解一下，感恩 Optional redemption of the 2039 Fixed Rate Notes We may redeemany or all of the 2039 Fixed Rate Notes at our option at any time prior to February 16, 2039 (sixmonths before maturity), at a redemption price equal to the greater of: ‧ 100% of the principal amount of the 2039 Fixed Rate Notes being redeemed; or ‧ the sumof the present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest thereon (not including any portion of such payments of interest accrued as of the date of redemption), discounted to their present value as of such date of redemption on a semiannual basis (assuming a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months) at the Treasury Rate, plus 15 basis points. We may redeemany or all of the 2039 Fixed Rate Notes on or after February 16, 2039 (six months before maturity), at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the 2039 Fixed Rate Notes being redeemed on the redemption date.We will also pay the accrued and unpaid interest on the 2039 Fixed Rate Notes to the redemption date.
