标题[请益] bpy 与bpyu 的差异

小弟是新手
最近看一档bpy，同时又发现还有一档是bpyu
网上说明是一样的(如下），两个还可以一比一的交换

但bpy需要扣30%的股利税，请问各位前辈两者差异在哪里呢？bpyu是有税负上的优势吗？
