标题[请益] 关於ETD的小细节询问

由於我在网路上和板上的文章查询到大致都是说
ETD属於次顺位债（Subordinated Debt)清算价值的顺位低於公司债。
那我想请问版上的大大们，我在TBB这档AT&T发行的ETD的Prospectus里面看到一句话如下
：
The Notes will be our senior unsecured obligations and will rank senior to any
of our future subordinated debt and rank equally in right of payment with all
of our existing and future unsubordinated debt.
大致上是说，这个债券是高级无担保债券。
那请问一下，这样清算的顺位还是低於一般公司债吗？
