标题[请益] IB购买公司债没有成交

请问一下各位，IB要购买债券时下单後有什麽注意事项吗?
5/9 我在TWS下了 JPM 4.95 03/25/20 这档公司债，
价格挂在限价109.8 GTC单 单位5K，但5/12的最低价来到109.511 为什麽还不会成交呢?
送单以後交易时间内，TWS 後方的状态栏是呈现绿色，应该是有到交易所吧!?
帐户内的金额也足够支付5千多美元，
我在购买期货、ETF与美股上都没问题，唯独公司债无法成交，可否请大大解谜一下
有无任何观念上出了差错，或者是下单方式错误，谢谢。
