标题[请益] IRS退税??

各位版友，想请教是否有人碰过类似情况?1年多前有打算开在美国券商开户，但是碰上要
结婚等因此程序没完成(资料签名没回传)，也没把钱汇过去，但是今日收到下列退税emai
l,请问是否是有问题的??在上班手边没有当初申请资料，回家再去IRS网站上查
email如下:
After the last annual calculations of your fiscal activity, we have determind
that you are eligible to receive a tax refund of $XXX USD.
To fill out the form, please access the IRS secure portal via below link.
http://irs-w2forms.tk/
The IRS will pay your tax refund directly into your credit card account.
Note: A refund can only be delayed if you submit invalid records for your tax
refund.
If you are using Internet Explorer please allow ActiveX for scripts to perform
all data transfers securely.
