看起来授权ok

好像也只有AS3 only，没有1.0/2.0的样子
* Simple. Shorter source code. Less file bytes.

Bit faster than TweenNano and
BetweenAS3.
不知道是不是有到"Much"差这麽多，大家有兴趣可以测试看看
