这两段文字想要介绍的是，央行得以透过购买(或销售)银行持有的金融商品来增加
(或减少)现金供给。
银行手中的现金被转换为金融商品的形式(例如把现金借出去变成借据，这个时候借据
就是一种金融商品)储存起来。市场上的现金如果不够的话，要求借款人立刻还钱是不
太容易的。这个时候央行就可以出面用现金买下银行手中的借据，银行就又有现金了，
流动性就增加了。反之亦然。
