根据ISU NEBELHORN-TROPHY 2009 该项比赛发出的声明/邀请 函里面有说明 Participation in the Nebelhorn–Trophy is open to all competitors who belong to an ISU Member, Rule 109, paragraph 1, and qualify with regard to eligibility, according to Rule 102, provided their ages fall within the limits specified in Rule 108, paragraph 2. b) and they meet the participation, citizenship and residency requirements in Rule 109, paragraphs 1 through 5 and ISU Communication 1420. Passports of the skaters, as well as the ISU Clearance Certificate, if applicable, must be presented at the accreditation. 简单一句话就是说 NEBELHORN-TROPHY 只要是ISU登记有案资格符合年龄符合的任何选手 都可以参加这个比赛 (为了那堆参照来参照去的章程我再度翻PDF翻到头昏) 而根据 ISU 2008年6月 所召开的第52届常会 所订定的以下特别章程 ISU SPECIAL REGULATIONS & TECHNICAL RULES SINGLE & PAIR SKATING and ICE DANCE 2008 有特别为了冬奥订了一个 Rule. 400 Entries to the Olympic Winter Games 也就是2010年冬奥的参赛资格章程 其中第四点说到 4. The remaining open entries available will be filled by Members in order of their placements at a Senior International Competition designated by the ISU and conducted in the autumn of the calendar year immediately preceding the Olympic Winter Games. The open entries are available only to those Members who have not previously earned an entry and only one entry per Member may be earned. 对於剩下的开放名额，将在冬奥前一年的秋天举办的一场国际赛中，作资格认定 而恰巧 今年在德国举办的NEBELHORN-TROPHY 国际赛就刚好被选定成为补满冬奥参赛权的 资格赛 也就是说 只要你开心 资格符合 人人都可以来参赛 而那些要补满冬奥参赛资格的人 也用这次比赛来认定他的资格 比如说美国Alissa Czisny有参赛 但是因为美国已经拿到冬奥参赛权 就算最後Alissa拿了第一名 她也就只是得到这个盃赛的冠军还有纪录而已 又比如说匈牙利的 Julia Sebestyen 有参赛 而匈牙利也还没有拿到参赛权 假设比赛总名次Julia拿到第七名 但只要在剔除那些已经获得参赛权的国家选手之後 Julia的名次可以排在前6 她依然获得冬奥参赛资格 不知道我这样碎嘴有没有人看懂 > < --
