Medico-Legal problem (如果确定) 咬人(injury)，sepsis之後没有死---告诉乃论---伤害罪 七年以下 死---公诉---伤害致死 七年以上 如何在Autopsy中确认cause of dead是因为Sepsis (1)确认skin上的伤口是ante- or post-mortem(不管是fresh or old最好都切片) (2)ＤIC的确认，不要和petechia搞错(找微血管最多的地方例如：脸) 　 (3)器官：脾脏变大 　 (4)Sepsis在病理上要注意的地方 　 --- 早期(Hyperreactive)：inflammatory cell都有 --- 晚期(Hyporeactive)：剩下macrophage系列(把其他的都清掉) (5)Toxicology还是要做 (6)Culture 确认因果关系 (1) Culture的结果 (1.1) 要符合Koch’s Rule。 (1.2) 要确认是Specific or Non-specific (1.3) 要符合SOP (2) 解释culture的结果要有Criteria (2.1) Continuity of Time (2.2) Severity of Injury (2.3) Medical Relationship (2.4) Status of Host (underlying disease, 是否immune compromised) --
