标题[伺服] 请问用 cuteftp 连得上而ie连不上的问题

请问一下，我是用 zftp 架站，架好後用 cuteftp 可以连得上，但会出现以下讯息：
Connecting FTP data socket xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
The connection failed due to an error or timeout.
PASV failed, trying PORT.
而用 ie 无法连上，会卡在列出资料夹的地方不动，然後就逾时了。
请问我该怎麽设定 server ，让 ie 也可以连得上呢？
