你先关掉XP的防火墙，然後请友人连看看，如果也没办法连，就跟
你的FTP设定比较有关系，否则就是firewall上需要改设定。
control panel > Windows firewall > advanced > Lan > setup
里面有一个FTP Server，勾选起来试试看。
