The Blaugrana's goalkeeping saga has come to an end after their No. 1 agreed
to extend his stay at the Camp Nou...
Barcelona can now stop their search for a replacement first-choice
goalkeeper, after Victor Valdes agreed to sign a contract renewal that will
keep him at the Camp Nou until 2014.
According to Marca, the club’s technical director, Txiki Begiristain, held
talks with the player’s father as well as his agent, Gines Carvajal, late
Thursday evening and all parties have come to an agreement.
