大意就是 Tarveras"可能"会在六月的第一周对美联的七连战中拉上大联盟
对红雀目前低潮的中外野来说，不知道Tarveras是不是解药
意思是 该囤货了吗?
GM John Mozeliak acknowledged that Taveras could possibly receive a promotion
to the Cardinals during the first week of June, when the team will need a DH
during a seven-game slate in American League ballparks, Derrick Goold of the
St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. "The natural thing there is because you have
the DH," Mozeliak said. "I can see that possibly happening, sure."
Spin: Taveras has done his part to earn a callup with the work he's done at
Triple-A Memphis, as the 21-year-old has supplied a .297 average with six
homers and a team-high 31 RBI. The Cardinals have been struggling to get
production from their center fielders, and if Taveras does indeed receive
the call to the big leagues for the first week of June and ends up excelling,
it may be difficult for the Cardinals to justify sending him back to the
minors.
