H2H 12人 选25轮 选秀时间为 3/28(日) 晚间9点整
本联盟希望徵到的是「几乎每天都会登入」的玩家，所以有以下的规定:
1. 超过14天没有登入排阵容的半死鱼，罚waiver顺位到第12，
原本waiver顺位在半死鱼後面的人则依序向前递补。
2. 超过30天没有登入排阵容的全死鱼，则锁球队，
直到在联盟公告区留言或寄信给联盟长申请复权。
3. 被锁球队一直到第22周结束都没有申请复权者，将被称为终极死鱼，
若终极死鱼没有进入季後赛，则进入季後赛之球队，
可在留言板向终极死鱼提出1换1之交易(依waiver顺位决定交易优先权)，
但欲交易之球员必须是在本联盟季前选秀第61顺位以下之球员。
PS. 本项措施如有可能实施，联盟长将在22周开始时公告。
若终极死鱼有进季後赛，则继续锁球队到结束，不得交易。
(当然，希望这项措施在本季不会用到，大家都是活跳跳的鱼!!)

If you choose to configure your league to allow transactions to take effect
on the day they are made, you will be able to add free agents to your roster
for the current day so long as all transactions are completed no later than
five minutes before the start of each player's game. None of the players
involved in a move can have played or be within five minutes of their game's
start time, or the transaction will not be allowed. So, for example,
transactions for all players who play at 4:30 pm PT must be completed
by 4:25 pm PT.
