no 是形容词 直接 修饰 名词
not 是副词 修饰 形容词，(形容词再修饰 名词)
ex. no bird
^^ ^^
adv->N
= not a bird
^^ ^ ^^
adv->adj->N
There is no bird in the tree. 树上没有鸟
= There is not a bird in the tree. = 树上没有一只鸟
