标题[问题] 关於在瑞士订旅馆房间

各位先进大家好~! 小弟我没有许多网路订房的经验，想请问大家一些订房的问题。
我日前在hostelbookers定了瑞士许多不同地点的旅馆，且其他家旅馆我都已经
寄过E-mail与他们确认了预约订房是否成功，他们都告知我没有问题。
而唯一只有一家琉森(Luzern)的Hotel Baslertor，後来寄了E-mail告知我有一些问题
信的内容如下:
We are sorry to inform you that
we cannot confirm the reservation because
something with your credit card is not correct.
To confirm and guarantee the reservation please send us a correct number of
your credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) together with the exp. date.
但事实上我询问了信用卡公司後，信用卡公司给我的讯息是我已经付了一笔钱
(金额为总价的10%，这是hostelbookers一向的规矩，到了当地再付剩下的balance)
除此之外，信用卡公司还告诉我我的卡有几次未成功的刷卡纪录来自这家旅馆，
(金额约为余额，也就是剩下的90%)後来旅馆回我信也说这笔钱是给hostelbookers网站的
，但他还是要我的信用卡号码才能做预约的动作。
以下是他的回信:
As we wrote you,
we would need your Creditcard for a reservation, we will NOT
charge anything!
But for our own guarantee we need your card to make this
reservation... You have NOT to pay anything in advance!
We still inform you, that we are NOT HOLDING any reservation for you now.
To
confirm and guarantee the reservation kindly send us a correct number of your
credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) together with the exp. date.
请问大家有碰过这样的事情吗? 虽然说他是没有叫我给他我的认证码(CVV or CVC)
但感觉还是有点怕怕的，请问我该给他我的资料吗?
请各位先进给我一些建议，非常感谢!!!

1F：推 badlady:我的经验是通常透过订房网站的confirmation是网站给的. 07/11 00:39
