If you want to say something in English, what will you say?
I will try to say one or two words here everyday, to training myself...
and kill some time.

Firday, in the market I got two cabbages, and only spend NT50.
Cabbage is expensive vegetable in the summer, but everybody can buy it for
very little money in the winter.

Sunday, Another place I do meditation is riverbank where I can hear the voice
about water, wind and the birds chirp,
When I went to the riverbank, I just sit down, close my eyes, pay attention on
all kinds of voice, and of course, feel the wind......

Wednesday, The season of Dumplings, only because the cabbage is cheap during
this time.
Today and yesterday, I make home-made Dumplings for two taste, one is cabbage
with egg and dried tofu.
Other taste is leek with porridge meat, both of two taste have some carrot.
Now, I have probably a hundred home-made dumplings in my refrigerator.

Monday, always say blue Monday, and I just consider that from Sunday to
Saturday, if everyday have it's true color, what is that?
Even, from January to December, if every month own a color, what is that?
seems I just think too much.

Wednesday, I do believe in reincarnation; I think it's a perfect idea to see
everyone on earth as yourself. It brings understanding, empathy and equity to
a whole other level.
That is what I learn from Buddhism.
