A person who conducts posts or comments under following circumstances shall receive permanent ban or at least one-year ban, in addition thereto, badpost shall be imposed: 1. Involves criminal conduct or administrative law violation, except for instituted-on-complaint crimes. 2. Cross-posting, wrongful boosting of figures in accounts, trading things listed in #1QvnX4tC (SYSOP) or other contraband, or other severe violation of in-site regulations. 3. Preventing another from conducting there right by reasonless lawsuit or other wrongful method. 4. Information involving suicide. 5. Sharing an account, Requesting an account-share, or declaring whose account is shared by others. 6. Sexual harassment or sexual requestment. A person with second or more offense of preceding paragraph shall receive permanent ban. The terms of this Amendment shall be effectively immediately. --
