some people just don't deserve a second chance. i was betrayed by one of my best friends at the time when i was most vulnerable and desperately in need of help. Initially he didn't think it was a big deal to ditch me like that, but when he finally came to sense, he expected me to forgive him just like that. of course, i was too pissed off to do that. However, verbally i did appear forgiving, only to embed this unforgivable episode deeply in my heart. I know he is not the guy I can really rely on in the crisis. Nevertheless, this doesn't seem to affect him a bit, as he is a successful businessman, making a fortune now. The thing is that I find it hard to sincerely congratulate him on his prosperity and promising career. Trust is something that can't be retrieved once lost. --
