Don't worry, everyone starts from a beginner, me too. It's important that you admit your insufficiency, seeking for method to overcome it. For me, who is a beginner too, I think reading is the most important part to learn English. Because while you are reading, you must encounter grammar and vocabularies. Enough reading improve your writing skill too. So, just go into a book-store, and find some English novel ready for the sprint. Another important element to learn English is to use it, or to listen and speak. Taiwanese don't use English very often, which make this part quite difficult to work. But anyhow, try your best!
