My major subject is Taiwan Literature, specially about the novels produced in the time when we were under the Japanese colony. How long have you been learning English? From junior high to senior high, about 6 years. Actually maybe much longer than that. Sometimes I viewed the magazine learning English, but it's not enough for me to practice. So I try to courage myself writing here. What does English mean to you? What do you like about it? I regard it as a IMPORTANT TOOL. In fact, many kinds of the theories that we use in our research are all from the western world. In addition, I meet some foriegn friends.
