标题[Mind] Annoying sounds...

I've had enough! There's a guy near my seat and he's always murmuring
like talking to himselft, and singing loudly while he's wearing his damn
headphone. Why on earth are he being so rude, so impolite? This
is not his HOUSE, but it's an PUBLIC office. I know I can't accuse him
because of my position, but I wanna say, "For the God's sake,
please stop it or Shame on you!"
