标题[Mind] Practice speaking

It has been a long time that I don't speak English.
And I gradually find that the ability can deteriorate itself.
(can I use such term?)
It's also hard to find someone who's ability is similar to you
to practice with you.
So, if he speaks more fluently, chances are that I don't know how to catch up
with him. And if he speaks poorly, then you don't know what you can really
learn in talking to him.
But what I want to say is, if there's a chance you can talk to foreigners,
just don't be shy but brave to speak it out..they'll be patient and listen to
you.
Furthermore, if you pay for someone to speak with you ,then you really have
to seize the time and do talk more! It's quite expensive I know. >"<
And how I wish I have money to hire a speaking-training tutor!
TAT Keep searching for an appropriate partner who can practice
speaking English together though I know there's just little possibility.
Actually, I am just complaining about..............
How come there's no "Eng-alltogether"??? XD
