Recently I came to this city and joined a classic company. Somehow I was not informed about the regulation for rookies by the boss, he just solicited me eagerly without detailed explanation, and finally applied me in. But the atmosphere is totally different with what I’ve been promised. The first time I went to counter, and the first assignment was sending me to the factory as a trainee. I thought it’s okay, any new guy is supposed attend to assembly line, and learn the products. However, I didn’t know the three months probation, they didn’t inform me about this, or any indication. That’s the reason why I felt messed with. Although the treatment isn’t adequate for daily and rent expense, and colleagues seems chilly to rookies, they didn’t lead or guide us to what should we learn or pay attention. There are many occupations offer better paychecks, but I choose to stay, bear and grin. It’s all because I like the kind of industry. Till now, I felt remained outside by the office labourers. The company has survived through more than 50 years, and built a great chronicle, except the system, it hasn’t evolved. At least, subjectively, the operation and personnel are lacking of formal, serious management at all. The staff do not care about the quality, requirement, and they are lazy, inactive. Even the laborers of the office, most of time I saw them just chatting on their position, or hanging around but not focusing on duty, like paper work or promotion. I wanna envision the great development, to accomplish the future that will be complimented, nevertheless, now the circumstance is lame somehow.
