It really depends... Ex, duration, purpose..etc,
Almost all of the foreigners like nightmarket,
some are interested in food,
some may prefer to go country side for local culture
some may go to the national palace museum.
or some were come for special ceremony like dragon boat festival.
Youth may stay in Taipei City for the night live.
