标题[News] Should we abolish death penalty ?

According to the United Nations' research , the convicts are apt to
committing crimes . The former Secretary of Justice approves the
penalty for restraining prisoners' tendency to commit crimes again .
As far as I am concerned , the resolution shall be decided by referendum .
Although words of " the right of human " are seemed to be platitude , we
still have to appreciate the problem rather than being indifferent to it .
Chances are that it can be represent with life imprisionment , and I am one
of the supporters .
