标题[Ask ] "as of" or "as at"

Could anyone tell me which of the following is correct?
1. as of now (or date, eg 20 Dec)
2. as at now (or date, eg. 20 Dec)
The first one is what I learned in school while the second one
is what my singaporean colleague uses frenquently.
Just wonder which one is correct or both will do.
