I made noodles by myself yesterday, the delicious really suprised me. I found that it is not very difficult actually, just need some flour, salt, and water... of course you need some time :) It's a pity that the color of noodles was not very beautiful, I thought that the color of noodles should be white, but my noodles is a little bit yellow. Is it the color of flour ? I don't know. There were some other things need to improvement. I will make it again today, and I can post some questions on the COOKING board. Cooking is fun to me. I like and enjoy it~ --
