To my knowledge, Hitler is a racist, and Einstein is Jew. Einstein actually escaped to US that's why he wan't killed by the massacre. : Nihilists are mostly suicidal. They don't think there's a purpose to life : and most of them commit suicide because they find this world meaningless. Tracing back during the time I was a teenager I experience suicidal thoughts often too. I hated everything. I hated my family and my mom. I hated the fighting and beating and never ending arguing. I especially hate it because I was very lonely and no one understands me. I was betrayed by friends, and misunderstood by others. And my heart goes numb. Yes, NUMB. No feeling. Reactions are very slow, and had psychological problems + learning disabilities. Although deep down I rarely tried to harm others, and was perceived as a nice person by peers, still, I was very lonely and almost live in solitude, coz no one can resonance with me. My heart was full of hatred due to social pressure and family issues. Although I have high moral standards, I was still perceived as a bit awkward among the majority of my peers. Maybe if I was smart and knowlegeable as you are during that age I would read Nihilism, and worship it...who knows? Thank God that at least my Dad is very decent and taught me good values, otherwise I will go astray. I have never done anything immoral according to the society's standards, otherwise it will only harm myself and make troubles for my family. Now I already developed my own values and had a meaningful life. :) : Nihilists are mostly suicidal. It's really hard to understand if you're not a nihilist. We change sides : because we're always looking for flaws in some belief as we don't : agree with any belief. Since we think there is no absolute we can stand : on either side and argue for either side but in the end we don't think : there's a correct answer, which is why I said we don't have any loyalties. : A lot of nihilists actually started out having very strong opinions, : and in a sense we still have very strong opinions because we : strongly think that there is no absolute and we argue for that. The only : reason we became nihilists was because we started to think about how to : prove we were right and we realized that no matter how hard we tried we : can't prove anything, so we settled on being nihilists. We still have our : own set values but we think that everything has no value, even our own : values have no value. But that doesn't mean we will give up our own values. : We're happy following our inner law while believing that everything is : of equal value and thus of no value. Well, that's just some of us anyway. : Another group of nihilists are those suicidal extreme pessimists who : eventually kill themselves because they think living is meaningless and : they aren't able to live a meaningless, purposeless life. Even I find it : hard to be motivated but I'm never going to escape with suicide. : I won't deny that a lot of people do use nihilistic views to justify : their doings, but here I must add that a lot of people also use : religious beliefs to justify their actions. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I sincerely agree. Killing others in the name of God is even worse than atheist. It's almost a psycholgical problem. : For example, there are also a lot of delusional people who think that : they kill in the name of god and they really believe that god : talks to them. I personally know someone who planned and murdered his best : friend in school (we were 8th grade at that time) and he had a to-kill : list that included his sister. In his diary he drew Nazi symbols and : he wrote: "Always believe in God." Lovely, isn't he? And no one knew there : was anything wrong with him. Which God? The God according to himself? That's not a true God. A true God is always forgiving and accepting, because God is LOVE. God is not selfish. God is always tolerating and sacrificing. : Blind believers who are homophobic think that by killing homosexuals they : are doing the world a favor, that they are bringing the hammer of justice : on those innocent gays. These people also feel no guilt in what they do-- : they actually feel proud of what they did. They are just disgusting heterosexuals. The true God will punish anyone who kill or harm other innocent people. Those people DO NOT UNDERSTAND GOD. They thought they do, but in fact they are idiotic, selfish, and ignorant. : So, I'm glad you're a enlightened Christian but I'd say at least over 70% : of Christians aren't so enlightened. I think people should follow Nietszche's : immoralism and overhuman theory, but I myself am a nihilist and Nietszche : does not like nihilists because he also thinks that nihilism will bring the : world down. Whatever. Some Christians are narrow minded, I admit so. Nevertheless, I think they are just not as smart as God or close to God. That's why they misinterpret Gods words, and justify their wrong doing. See how many wars caused by Christianity? It even killed more people than Hitler did ha. It's not God himself is cruel but we human STUPIDITY misinterpreted his intention. In the Bible, God's Love is for All human, without classifying their gender, race, socio-economic class, or anything. He only want a decent person who live out like Christ, like himself, seperating LOVE to all mankind. God is always loving and forgiving, that's why even murderers repent, he still accept them and loves them unconditionally. : You changed yourself. Congratulations, I guess.
