标题[Talk] rains a lot today

today seemed that rained dogs and cats in taipei.
everywhere was flooded.
Thanks to this awful weather, I got a easy working day to take a break.
but I know this heavy raining would bring many disasters and inconvinient.
hope the people in south taiwan would be safe finally.....
