标题[Ask ] Half Eng Half Chi websites

As the title,
does anyone know there is a Half Eng Half Chi website?
I mean you can see the English sentence and see the translations
beside it, or the page is separated into two halves and you can
see them simutaneously....?!
I would like the website talking about News or something i can learn from.
does any one know these kinds of bilingual websites?
