标题[Ask ] Toastmaster in HsinChu

Hi,
I was wondering if anybody knows about any english-speaking activity
group in hsinchu who meet up and do things together. i heard there
is toastmaster in taiwan too and they have several study groups that
you can join to exchange opinions over specific topics. I would like
to meet english speaking friends and hang out together during weekends.
But i am not sure how to join toastmaster or if there is any other
club or community kind of thing. I am not interested in religious
community.
