Why bothered? I don't see any problems while traveling alone. I do the same thing occasionally if I do need escpe from the annoying stress of work, even family. I don't think you do really no none to be with you, either. Maybe the right one did not come yet, you have a lot of friends around. If you need none, you would not have them be your friends. I am also a sigle female who is self-willed. Thought kind of old, I left my parents and my career behind and came to the US to pursue just what I want. The point is only for myself pleasure of my life. But I never forget the duty, or responsiblity, I have to afford for my family. Don't be overthinking.
