标题[Ask ] The way to study English newspaper

I'm a student in National Tainan First Senior High.
I think it's insufficient to study the English textbook or magazines of
learning English such as studio classroom,Landmark...etc..
So I decide to read Taipei TIMES recently.
I want to know what is the efficient way to study the English newspaper.
