标题[Talk] in the bloom of youth

Having an English chat with my friend, one day in the evening I began
to understand the way some girls think of marriage.
It is needless to say that everyone should work one's head off finding
your dreamboat in your prime, but ironically the bloom of youth differs
from one gender to the other; hence some girls may be somewhat in a hurry
to find their partners above a certain age.
Thus far all the things added up to me, but I started to get inquisitive
after she told me she hopes not to work for good after getting married.
She said one of the reasons is women should take care of children after
getting pregnant and giving birth, and inasmuch as she can do it herself,
why bother to pay for baby-sitter? And so long as there will be just one
to earn money, apparently the more a male can earn, the more promising
he may be.
As a matter of fact, I take her view with a pinch of salt, still
wondering that it is true...
