标题[Ask ] Does anyone know how to design a lesson?

I met a friend through the internet,and she wants me to teach her to speak
Chinese.It's because of that she works in a hospital,there's lots of chinese
who often go to the hospital.She says they can only say a little bit english.
I need someone to help me to design a lesson of medical english.I have no idea
about the conversation in the hospital.btw,she have no base of chinese.So the
beginning shouldn't be too difficult.
