I beg you, my Father. I had the same situation like yours 1 year and half ago. Being a rookie in the firm and there's no one to call for help, actually I did. But no one give a damn or they were too busy to help a kid like me. Anyway a year round I worked almost 13 hours a day. Get in to the office @ 9 AM ish, and get off around mid-night. Looking back I felt like I really did something there. To hang there and survive along all the mess-up situation. However I chose to leave after serious consideration. Because I think I work with people have no heart. And I'm happy for the current job I have. So, think about any reason for you to stick it in there, otherwise just leave. Working in some unhealthy environment is no good, I mean physically, not mentally. Good luck, take some time and make the decision.
